Asklepion Laser Centre Karlovy Vary

Karlovy Vary is a phenomenon. The written history of the hot spring town dates back to 14. 8. 1370, when Emperor Charles IV granted the already existing spa the status of a Royal Town. During the course of a century, Karlovy Vary became a world famous spa centre. The poet Goethe called in the chessboard of Europe and the naturalist Humbolt called it a diamond in an emerald collar.

Asklepion in Karlovy Vary is located in the spa complex of the Hotel Bristol. This complex made up of five characteristic spa buildings spreads out over the so-called Royal Hill, in the place where archaeologists found evidence of an actual castle dating back to the time of Charles IV. The most attractive building is Bristol Palace, a typical representative of Art nouveau in the Austrian approach to this style.
