Asklepion Laser Centre Mariánské Lázne

Mariánské Lázne is the second largest Czech spa with a great wealth of mineral springs.

This public spa location was already renowned in 1818, elevated to the states of a town in1865 and since the beginning of the 20th century has ranked among the most important European spa centres. Over the 150 years of its history, Mariánské Lázne can boast visitors such as for example the writer Mark Twain, the singer Ema Destinnová, the composer Johann Strauss and many other important personalities.

The first branch of Asklepion in Mariánské lázne – the Laser Centre – was established in 2001 and is based in the ground floor of the Brusel Spa House. This building was originally conceived as a spa chemist’s and has undergone several architectural transformations since it was built in 1862 to reach its current Art Nouveau form dating back to 1907 and is currently part of the three buildings of the Hotel Pacifik. The original Laser centre has significantly increased its sphere of activities over the course of the years and currently also offers clients the services of laser medicine, corrective dermatology and plastic surgery (plastic operations on eyelids, ears and other), massage, manicure and pedicure.

In 2002 the second Asklepion branch was added to the Laser centre based in the Art Nouveau Hotel Nové Lázne. This hotel with the most complex of offers in the field of treatment and relaxation stays, which are supplemented in the optimum manner by the services of Asklepion, has been in operation since as far back as 1896 with frequent visits, for example, by the British King Edward VII. Apart from regular “beautification” clients here are offered tens of special cosmetic facial and body programmes and treatment using the latest cosmetic body and facial equipment.

In year 2008 Asklepion has opened its third branch in one of the oldest buildings in Mariánské Lázne, in hotel Centrální Lázne, where the clients can use wide selection of services of the department of dentistry, gastroenterology, vascular surgery, dermatology and laser medicine.
